This revision say: Upload dir cleanups.  Honor old fileupload_path
settings if present.

Tha's good but.. but for old install this it's confusing and doens't
allow to join the new method of upload unless u go to edit the option
table manually.

WOuld be good to have a checkbox on Write Option screen that say use
old diretory for uploads or use new one, as you prefere.
