[wp-testers] UTW in 1.6

Im getting the same error but posting tags does actually appear to be  
working, what is however broken is the options for utw.

When I try and change some of the options for the utw setup (in the  
options section) I get the error "Cannot load ultimate-tag-warrior- 
actions.php." when I go to save the options.

Ive had a quick look through the code but couldnt see anything that  
was amiss...
