[wp-testers] UTW in 1.6

I have had the same problem in UTW and in Bunny's
Technorati Tags where you enter the tags and they work
yet when you come to edit the post the tags have
disappeared.

In Bunny's Technorati Tags you don't get the div id
error though. 

So it is probably something in the database that has
changed in 1.6 that the plugins use or rely upon
(don't ask me what) and cause it has been changed
since 1.5.2 hence the plugin gets broken.
