[wp-testers] Suggestion: use of strip_tags in wp-rss2.php

Has something like the attribute xml:base been tried? I put it in the
feed tag for atom (<feed version="0.3" ...
xml:base="http://domain.com">) and in the rss tag for rss 0.92/2.0
(<rss version="0.92" xml:base="http://domain.com">), and it seems to
work for me. Try that.
