[wp-testers] yet another image whinge/how do I turn this into a plugin?

Hello,

I have been toying with inline-uploading.php and admin-functions.php so 
that:

a) the 'Choose Links' link that normally appears in the image browser 
for <noscript> appears anyway.  I did this because that popup menu that 
should be on each image doesn't strike me as the easiest thing in the 
world to use, particularly where mobility's concerned.  Also, it 
disappeared on me (I'm using Camino and Safari on macOS X 10.3.9 and 
neither are ok).
b) I have added a 'Use full size image in post' textarea to the 
resulting set of items that appears when you click Choose Links, along 
with a cautionary note that using the fullsize might make for 
shonkiness in the editing area.
c) For people with JavaScript, I plan to add a button to 'send to 
editor,' except I haven't done so yet cause my JavaScript-fu is kind of 
crap.
d) I'd like to turn this into a plugin so that I don't have to be using 
icky hacks, but I'm not really sure how to go about that.  Can anyone 
point me in the right direction for this?
