[wp-pro] Virtual Merchant Issue

I don't know Christina but funnily enough I was just thinking about what to say. Unfortunately that documentation was written a little prematurely - the virtual merchant issue isn't really a WP Pro issue, that said for the record we just forgot to upload the file into the gold folders. Jeff actually helped somebody with this yesterday.

Its fully my mistake though and I do apologize. Feel free to quickly email him and request the files while we get things uploaded. Email jeff at instinct.co.nz

Shayne is a great guy and a great friend. We have 3 guys here in house working on WP e-Commerce full time. If we were not financially committed to this you'd zero support. We do things exactly the same as how Automattic, we've copied their business model (which is genius). If you don't like what we do you don't like what they do. And for that matter you try email asking Matt how to do something already in the manual - somehow I don't think you'll get a reply ;)

We do what we can and support who we can. Shayne does what he can. Hundreds of people in the forums do what they can.

Chris. The new getshopped.org site has heaps of resources & we do help actually help HUNDREDS of people each week mostly via email. Here are some of the latest resources which are a lot more plentiful then what some plugins offer :P
