Have you tried the instructions here?

The only person that I've heard of that can really provide support/help for
wp ecommerce is Shayne.  I found a topic in the forums.
http://getshopped.org/forums/topic.php?id=132  He does list his website so
you might want to contact him.  

 

But the plugin developers should be the one providing support.

Hello everyone,

 

I am trying to set up a shopping cart on a client's site. They need to have
Virtual Merchant as a payment gateway. On this page:
http://getshopped.org/resources/docs/store-settings/payment-options/ it says
that it is supported (the very last item listed) in the Gold Cart. However,
I purchased the Gold Cart and it's not in my installation. My installation
stops at Sagepay.
