[wp-pro] Display custom field content on home page

Guys,

I'm not sure if this is possible:

Pages (not posts) created with custom fields.
I'm trying to display every instance of that custom field on the home page.

Possible?

I can do this with posts using categories or similar, but there's 
nothing to tie the pages together.
