Someone needed to assist on a ClassiPress theme project.

Currently their theme doesn't support annual subscription payments
(currently only per-listing fee's can be applied)

We need to add this functionality as well as integrate the current "featured
listing" cost hook into this new payment system ...  There will be the
standard $10 per month unlimited listings and featured listings will cost an
additional X amount.
