[wp-pro] Thesis Theme Experience

Small business searching for US based individual who is proficient with PHP
and CSS and is familiar with WordPress core and has the ability to modify
themes. Person we are looking for must do all of their own work and able to
provide the following:

Install WordPress theme 
Set up site files 
Customize child theme with font, styles, logo, header, footer, search,
colors, link colors, Google analytics, navigation, removing comments,
setting home page as static page, permalinks 
Create template for home page (including rotating home page images),
sub-pages 
Test templates in IE7, IE8, Opera, Safari, Firefox on PC and Mac and making
edits 
Install widgets (breadcrumbs, all-in-one-seo, etc.) 
Create top-level pages 
Create forms (mostly the same) and testing 
Create pages with different image 
Add to Google Webmaster, testing analytics code 
Change DNS over from old site 
301 permanent redirects configuration
