[wp-pro] Stationery for Blog Posts

This is similar to choosing stationery (am I spelling this right?) for an
e-mail, giving you a textured (or whatever) background. I'd like to know if
someone can create a self-expanding background that would appear in each
blog post that resembles the texture of a book page or papyrus. In other
words, I'd like each post to look like a page in a book. Can this be done
(cheaply, I hope)?
