[wp-pro] Convert a static site to WordPress

Hi, all,

I have a client with a static site who wants to switch it to
WordPress, and I'm overbooked at the moment. The job, as I see it,
entails the following:

1. Create a WordPress theme from the existing design.
2. Move the content into a new WP install (that I'll set up), probably
through copy/paste.
3. Set up the sidebars, which are a combination of dynamic (page
list/blogroll) and static (list) content.
4. Add entries in the Redirection plugin (installed) to point old
links to new pages.

The site [ http://www.republicanregistration.com/ ] is very small and
very simple, design-wise, so I'm looking for someone who can
transition it relatively quickly.

If you're interested, please send me a quote, proposed timeframe, and
gushing assurances that you won't have any trouble making the theme.
