[wp-pro] Localizing WordPress Theme

Hi,I am looking for someone who can localize OnDemand Theme (
http://www.press75.com/the-on-demand-wordpress-theme/) and also prepare it
for right-to-left languages. I have done part of the job myself using this
instruction:

I have done this before successfully but for some reason it does not work
this time. I need a knowledgeable person on this subject who can finish the
job.

If you have experience in this field please let me know. Also please let me
know how much it costs and how long the job takes.
