[wp-pro] Blog Customization Help please

Hello,
 
I own a web design & development firm, but am looking at asking someone to
help me customize a blog for Word Press. 
 
I wonder, if someone would be willing to walk me through the customization
of changing a blog theme from a psd file - so it is ready for Word Press. I
am working on creating a travel blog, and have many nice designs from
www.themelayout.com
 
If anyone can offer any help please email me - ksorman at shaw.ca
 
The work may need further customization by you; but I am hoping to do it
myself first / if possible.
