[wp-pro] request for proposals: an ad-free version of a WP site

Hi there WP pros-

I currently run a Wordpress-based blog, here:

http://joshreads.com

As you can see, I have quite a few ads on the site. I was
contemplating offering an ad-free version of the site for paid
subscribers. The ad-free version should have (with one exception,
discussed momentarily) all the same post content as the main site, and
comments posted on the ad-free site should appear on the ad-supported
site, and vice-versa, but (obviously) without the ads.

I would also like there to be some sort of mechanism by which certain
post content would be rendered invisible on the ad-free site. This is
because I run occasional "pledge drives" (asking for money,
basically), which I would also like to hide from ad-free site
subscribers.

This blog is a one-man show, and I'm pretty much a self-taught WP
admin, though I'm not a complete dummy, tech-wise; I would need the
solution to be such that I'd be able to maintain it and do needed WP
upgrades myself.

Anyway, I have no real idea how one would pull this off, or if it's
possible at all. It may be that even if this is doable, it would so
much work as to make it unaffordable or economically pointless for me
to do. Thus, what I really want are proposals that give honest
estimates of how you'd go about doing this, how long you think it
would take to set up, and how much you would charge to do it. Thanks
in advance for your advice.

Josh
