[wp-pro] Need someone to help develop a WP site

I have designed some mock-ups for a WP site in Photoshop that should be pretty straight forward and simple to develop for anyone with WP experience. Since the look-and-feel has already been designed, I just need someone to make it function.

Requirements:

- 2 column site
- Some CSS for the design of the table structure
- links on videos that will allow the user to share the video with friends through Twitter, Facebook and email
- an RSS feed setup so users can subscribe through RSS

Is anyone interested or can anyone recommend someone?
