[wp-pro] need help on wordpress

dear fellows,

i been trying to figure out this for weeks still i cant figure it out. when i activate my permalink, my top banner image is not showing up, here is the link for my site www.tendhakart.com so plz help me on this issue.

and how to put comment on my contact page, when i insert the code to activate comment box, it was showing on all the page.

so help will be greatly appreciated
