[wp-pro] Blog Automation from other website RSS feeds, Limiting Authors, WP-Pro search

1. Several companies want to post their blogs automatically to http://www.otclistings.com. Some of these wordpress based companies include www.smallcapvoice.com and www.qualitystocks.net. I am looking for a way to automate this because currently I am posting their press as a fresh press release everytime.

2. In addition, I noticed when I gave these companies any kind of authoring control, the wordpress blog software allowed them to read all unpublished comments and or blogs. I don't want them to see anything but what they post and comments on what they post. 

What plugin or customizations do you recommend?

3. I am looking for a wp-pro to build blogs and work with me. I am more of a marketer with decent understanding of style sheets and graphics, but I would prefer working with someone who will be the IT to the sites I sell and manage.
