[wp-pro] I need a rss feed guru help for WP Theme: OneNews

How do I get my site http://newelectronicdeals.com/ to display fresher feeds? I know these feeds are quite active because I can read them from a rss reader. I want my feeds to update like every 1 or 2 minutes.

My site is a Popurl clone using a WP theme: OneNews template. 

Please help.
