[wp-pro] Go-to WP+PHP experts needed

I encounter WP issues every now and then, many of which I can resolve on my
own.  But not being a WP specialist, nor a hotshot PHP programmer, I can
only do this up to a point.  Plus, of course, there's only so many hours in
a day.

I need a couple of go-to WP-PHP experts who are available to provide the
following:

1 -  Generally top-of-head advice on things like if WP plugins already exist
to allow me to do so and so, and which one is the likely best choice amongst
them; can I do this or can I do that in WP; how do I do this or that, etc
etc   These are the sorts of stuff that get discussed in forums, but I'm
afraid I'm really pressed for time to take that route.

2 - Perhaps a plugin tweak .....

3 - ..... or even develop a customised plugin from scratch ....

4 - ..... even create a whole site for me from scratch

At this stage most of my requirements are likely to be on #1 and #2,
and they're intermittent as well.  They will veer more towards #3 and #4 as
I progressively implement my business ideas.
