[wp-pro] An Odd Request

I have a really odd request from a WP pro, so hear me out. :)

I'd like to pay a busy WP developer in links. I'm just now setting up my
portfolio/website, but when I'm done I'll charge a straightforward
streamlining flat-rate 297 for a fully customized wordpress theme. Don't
worry, this isn't an ad for my serives, I know you guys don't need the
design work. I want something from you: If you find yourself turning
customers away because they want to pay you chicken feed (200 or so bucks)
for a custom WP design I'd like to be your man.

I'll pay in links, meaning I'll be linking to you in the footer for any
keywords you like, as well as in the designs I do for clients that aren't
linked to you. For example, if I do two designs per week, then you'll get
two site-wide links per week for any keywords you want to any website you
want. I'll give you credit for the design. This is, of couse, only for
people you'd turn down anyway.

Just remember me if you ever need to turn someone down. I'll turn the
lose-lose situation into a win-win. I'd appreciate any feedback or
suggestions.

(As I finished this, I realize that it might be considered spam...It isn't,
given that I have services that only a WP pro can give me, and I'm willing
to pay. Sooo.)

I'm not completely sure if this is allowed, though I can't think of any
reason it wouldn't be, considering I'd like to pay a Wordpress professional.
But anyway, without further ado:

I'm looking for a Wordpress developer who can't handle any more work and
would like to have targeted links. I'd be interested in paying you in links
for every referral, supposing you send at least one or two per week. The
payment will simply be the inclusion of a link to anything you'd like in the
footers of web-sites that I'll be design. I'm still putting my site together
(I just decided to try my hand at freelance after doing customizations for
my own websites forever), but let me know if you're interested. I charge
$297 for a 100% customized wordpress design, so if you can
