[wp-pro] Convert Drupal site to WordPress

I need to migrate www.firpta.com from Drupal to WordPress.  Yeah,
don't rub it in.  I know.

Here's the job:

1.  Migrate all of the content to WordPress (there are relatively few
comments, and if they have to disappear, that's OK).

2.  Set up the necessary redirects to maintain the Googleness of the site.

I will choose a generic WordPress theme for the migration.
Prettification is later.  I want to keep it simple and make the move
first.
