[wp-pro] Specific plugin

Hello!
I need some specific plugin and I'm ready to pay for it.
1st plugin.
It's very similar to WP-Polls plugin, but it needs modification.
After closing the poll, administrator can write a comment on that poll
(just after the poll results) and users can comment that too.
2nd plugin.
When a specifig tag shows up in the page, comment or anywhere else,
plugin replaces it with the image. Administrator can change this
images and add new ones with new tags.
