[wp-pro] Need help with estimates

Dear WP Pros,
I am in the middle of finalizing requirements for a corporate blog - having
not done anything similar I will need some help from you to figure out the
approximate budget and time-line. Looking forward to some guesstimates.

Requirements Brief

   - Theme design similar to WP-Magazine Theme
   - Install and configure wordpress on our server
   - Ability to have a separate theme designs for each category - each
   category home page to be designed as homepage for that category
   - Multiple Authors
   - Ability to have profile for each author
   - Blog to be mobile device compatible
   - Public comments to have email mandatory
   - RSS, atom
   - "Send to Friend"
   - Tag Clouds
   - SEO friendly
