[wp-pro] professional design for migrating from wordpress.com

Hi

I'm a technical loser and would like to go from wordpress.com to
wordpress.org.  I've tried it before with bluehost but had no idea to get
the look and feel nice.  i love the designs at places like moxie designs and
my main objective is to get a better looking blog (I have benevolence at the
moment) and to ad adsense.  Am willing to pay of course.
