[wp-pro] Need to Display a Small Flash Ad on My Blog

I need to display a small flash ad on my wordpress blog for an advertiser of mine. I am not quite sure how to do this. I have uploaded all files, and modified the sidebar.php of my theme, but it still won't show up.
   
       Does anyone know how to do this? 
   
  The flash file consists of 
   
  banner1.htm
  banner1.js
  banner1.swf
