[wp-pro] small custom plugin needed

Description:  This job should be really easy for a coder familiar with working with wordpress and writing plugins.    
 
 The functionality of the plugin is simple. Allow authors to control the ad space in their articles.  
 
 1. Add a link to dashboard for author to add their code. (multiple spots)  
 
 2. Place those ads on every post page made by the author. 
 
 Ad spots will be defined in the template through php calls to the author-specific ads, with a default ad showing if no ad code is added to the authors profile. 
 
 Admin can turn on as many ad spots as they like, and have a corresponding box on the author profile to enter the code.  
 
 Admin then places the call to the authors ad code in the relevent place in the wordpress template. 
 

 Additional job after completion:  
 
 Once this version is coded, I want another version which allows admin to set the percentage of times the author's ad is shown on a "share with admin" basis. EG 50% author 50% admin. I want both versions, but the non-"rev share" one first, because it will be simplest to code. Please bid on that job only. I only added this additional job 'info' so you are aware that it will be wanted ALSO. 
 
 A separate agreement will be made for this upgrade once the first plug in is complete and tested.
