[wp-pro] HTML Template to Wordpress Conversion

I need this template: <http://www.oswd.org/design/preview/id/3208> converted
to a wordpress theme by 5 or so tonight. I'll pay
$50 by check or credit card, if I don't need to set up an account with a
payment service. Also, whoever converts it can add a link on the footer and
offer it for downloads, as long as a link is also made to Make
Money<http://www.iCan-MakeMoney.com/>
