[wp-pro] WP2.5.1 Blank Dashboard Page

I sent an email yesterday but haven't seen it posted yet.  Forgive me if
this is duplicated.

I upgraded to 2.5.1 and at first everything was OK except I was only seeing
one post on the manage posts screen.  Also I couldn't see any tags listed.
I tried uploading a new set of files and now I get a blank page.  My site is
OK less the plugins I deactivated but I can't access the dashboard.  For
