Hello everyone,

I am in the process of setting up my privacy campaigning site using
WordPress. The site was set up in a hurry about 2 weeks ago so I just
grabbed the first reasonable looking theme I could find and went with
it. You can see the current site here:

https://nodpi.org

Now that things have settled a little I want to retheme the site but
alas my knowledge of WordPress is very limited plus I am very busy
running a national campaign (that means press and media interviews,
organising the event, talking to potential sponsors etc.) so I have
little to no time to learn the WordPress API/Theming System.

An example of the layout I would like for the site can be seen here:

http://www.paladine.org.uk/dev/header.php

(Ignore the colours on the panels, they are just place holders but the
general layout should be something like that).

I need the site to render correctly in the majority of browsers
including IE6, IE7, Firefox 2, Firefox 3, Opera and Safari and I also
need the site to be compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act
here in the UK.

If there are any themers out there who want to help by integrating the
illustrated layout into WordPress please could they get in touch. I can
pay but only a nominal amount (maybe 50 GBP (thats about $95 USD)) as we
rely entirely on donations to fund the site and our campaigning so funds
are very limited.

This is an important web site and although we are currently
concentrating on Phorm Inc we plan to expand the site to cover other
companies and issues such a NebuAD in the US, the use of DPI for
throttling (See ComCast) and other online privacy issues. So any help
would be very much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Alexander Hanff
