[wp-pro] Help moving blog from TypePad over to WordPress

I write the Mind Mapping Software Blog (http://mindmapping.typepad.com) 
and am now in the process of moving over to a hosted WordPress setup 
with HostGator. I got my posts and comments moved over just fine, but am 
now struggling with how to customize my new blog's home 
(http://www.mindmappingsoftwareblog.com). I'm not a programming expert, 
and find the PHP code to be fairly confusing.

This isn't a big project, but I've decided that my time would be better 
spent in my areas of strength, not trying to slog my way through PHP and 
CSS... Please contact me if you're interested in talking with me further 
about this project.
