[wp-pro] plugin needed

Dear WP freelance developers,

I´m using a flash slideshow on my wp install at http://arq.puc.cl
The slideshow is generated from an XML file with a clear structure.

I need a plugin that adds a control panel for it, which works in the
following way:


   - For each slide, a drop down box to pick the last X posts from a
   certain category ("Featured"), which populates the xml field for slide Title
   and Link.
   - Per slide, be able to pick between two options for the title color,
   being this black or white (#ffffff, #000000)
   - The image URL needs to be taken from the first <img> tag on the
   content post, which will be already resized on the post to fit the slideshow
   size
   - Optionally, be able to pick how many slides are shown. This will
   also require a function to place some javascript links somewhere on the
   template with links such as: <a href="#" onClick="javascript to jump to
   slide X" />X</a>, according to the total number of slides. You can see it
   under the slideshow at http://arq.puc.cl
