[wp-pro] BIG Talent Theme Designer Needed ASAP

I am in immediate need of a really talented WP theme + site logos/etc
designer.

This person/persons will need to provide some solid examples of their prior
work.

I need someone who can begin immediately if possible.

I currently have at least three important websites which i would like to run
WP on again, however they all need really impressive appearance, theme to be
integrated with any plugins/etc.

While I have plenty of experience with all of the nuts and bolts, i'm not a
'designer', and i simply don't have time to get this moving. It needs to
happen right away.

Current portfolio is roughly 400 different domains, across several
industries, so depending on quality of work and success, there is a large
potential for future work as well, and also additional work in similar
efforts for my portfolio companies.

I am prepared to compensate the right person via paypal/visa right away. The
payment schedule would be based on deliverable's rather than time and
materials type pricing.

The most professional & striking examples will get my immediate attention,
reply and consideration. Replies without examples will be discarded.
