[wp-pro] update 2.0.5 blog to 2.6 and create XML file to import into Wordpress

I have a 2.0.5 blog at www.lloydwilliamsinc.com and want to have it  
updated to 2.6 and then moved to new wordpress site at  
lloydwilliamsinc.wordpress.com

This is more than I am comfortable doing myself and I would like to  
hire someone to do this for me. What will it cost to move my site and  
what functionality will I loose?
