[wp-pro] SB Review Plugin

I have tried installing this
plugin<http://www.sourcebench.com/toolbox/sb_review-wordpress-review-plugin/>(SB_Review)
but am having no success. It installs fine but is not showing on
my site. I have tried contacting the author but have had no reply in other a
month. Is there anybody that can help me edit this plugin?
