[wp-pro] discussion board

Hi All,

I'm looking for a discussion board/forum solution that's similar to washingtonpost's live discussion site: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/discussion/2007/08/29/DI2007082901524.html. I've been told that it's essentially a highly-modified WordPress blog. Would any of you WP pros be interested and available to set one up for my organization?
