[wp-pro] PHP & mySQL Experts - Immediate Opportunity

I have an immediate requirement for an experienced php/mysql programmer 
with understanding of the backend operations of the wordpress system, 
plugin architecture, etc. Below is a more detailed list of exactly what 
we're looking for in a person.

This is an immediate opening, can be part time, full time, freelance, on 
site, off site, local, offshore, etc. There is a large opportunity for 
long term growth and more for the right individual. Compensation TBD, 
based on experience and type/structure of arrangement. The company is in 
the midst of a phase of rapid growth and expansion, expected to continue 
at least for the next 18-24 months.


* Should have minimum 4-5yrs experience in database driven web programming.

* Must be familiar with cms (content management) and web 
publishing/application framework based systems.

* Strong php skills (both php 4.x & 5.x, we'll be heavier on 5.x)

* strong mysql skills - http://mysql.org 5.0.xx versions

* some perl experience & skills would be helpful (not really for 
cgi/etc, more for backend/admin types of things

* unix based environment

* apache web server - 2.2.2->2.2.4 versions

* must be familiar with wordpress platform (http://wordpress.org) - 
backend, including db, admin functionality, plugin architecture, 
integration with other apps, etc. (we have existing in house talent for 
front end/theming, etc)

* needs some ajax/javascript skills

* familiar with/knows what a crm system is & how it works

* familiar with open source communities/paradigm (example 
http://sourceforge.net)

* some knowledge of python would also be helpful
