[wp-pro] WordPress / mySQL help needed ASAP

I run several WP-powered websites for various clients and we're experiencing
severe latency problems with a couple of them in particular. I believe that
I've narrowed down the issue and determined that it's either some very minor
setting on our server that I'm missing, or possibly even a greater issue
with the database itself. I need an experienced WordPress developer to have
a look and help me work these latency issues out, as soon as possible.
