[wp-pro] Looking for coder for Vlog

Hello,
I'm looking for a talented wordpress coder to develop a web tv website on
the style of rocketboom, by using either the UFO 'SPLODE theme (
http://www.galacticast.com/2006/07/23/galacticast-secrets-multiple-video-formats-support-in-wordpress/)
or the Vlogsplosion theme (http://www.showinabox.tv/wordpress/download/).
or any other system that will allow for a full video integration in
wordpress.
I also require right-to-left support (only for the content, not for the
administration panels) and possibly, but not necessarily, an inegration with
the blip.tv api.
This is a paid project looking to be developed asap with a fairly limited
budget.
