[wp-pro] the_time plus 12 hours

All,

For my posts, I am display the date using the_time() function so it  
displays for every post.  I would like to add 12 hours to the time  
without modifying the actual post time in the database.

I was thinking I could just us a php function to add 12 hours to  
the_time(), but I am not having any luck.  Does anyone know how to  
get this task working?
