[wp-pro] Looking to hire someone to customize my template

I have enough knowledge of html/css to get by on, but I need to hire someone, skilled in wordpress, and theme design,ASAP to help with some tweaking.
My blog is called Beyond The Cover. It's located here: http://www.ccbookreviews.com. 
What I want to do is add a Featured Book area on the right hand side of my template, just above the sidebar. So it would run the full width, so the width of both sidebars. I hope I explained it good enough. I'm kinda in a pinch to have this done.
