[wp-pro] Seeking Custom WP Plugin for Simple Contact Manager

Hello -- I'm in need of a customer Wordpress plugin to function as a
simple contact manager.

I'd like the plugin to reside under the Manage tab (i.e. Manage > Contacts).

On the Manage > Contacts page, I need the ability to: (1) ADD a new
contact, (2) EDIT an existing contact or (3) DELETE an existing
contact.

I envision an add contact form (probably as a separate page) and then
a table showing the existing contacts with EDIT and DELETE links. A
layout similar to the Blogroll Management interface would work. The
EDIT link will pre-populate the form with the existing data. The
DELETE link will delete the record but will include the typical 'Are
you sure' warning. I would like the contacts to be listed by TYPE (see
below) and then by LAST NAME. I do not think that pagination will be
necessary.

The text fields are as follows:

First Name
Last Name
Company
Address (one need one line)
City
State
Zip
Phone
Fax
Email
Website
Director Year
Committee/Task-force Name
Liaison State

In addition, each record will include a DROP-DOWN for defining the
type of contact. The types are as follows. These can be hardcoded as
they are unlikely to change.

Executive Member
Organizational Member
Officer
Director
Committee
Task-force
Chapter Liaison

There will likely be no more than 50 records (contacts).

I then need a function that will return an array containing the member
data for each TYPE of member. (i.e. get_contacts(1), where 1
corresponds to the type).
