[wp-pro] SQL Optimization

Hi

I am looking for someone who can give me a hand optimizing the SQL
queries on my website. We run on a really powerful dedicated server
and are still having issues with SQL queries hammering the Box, i have
tried running the various caching systems but due to the nature of the
site they seemed to make matters worse. Budget to be negotiated

Help is needed urgently !
