[wp-pro] WP blog developer needed to clean up the mess of the last one

What is the range of what blog developers charge? My blog is almost done;
the developer ran off with the spoon (and my money). I need help finding
the file/code for the right sidebar (left one is easy to find; right one
isn't) and other formatting changes to the theme.
