[wp-pro] Blog upgrade, IPB board Portal - 2 seprate jobs

hey guys, I need a couple things done.

First I need my WP blog upgraded to the latest version, and then the  
template and all the current mods made so they work with the new  
version, just don't have time to go out and find all the latest hacks  
to stick in there, nothing too exotic.   The bigger issue is I want  
to keep a similar template, except to be be made wider, and I  
frankensteined the current template so much it's tough to work on..  
so unless you are good at CSS, don't bother replying.   If you are  
interested, you must reply to me with examples of work.

Secondly I need help creating a Portal Page for IPB (Invision Power  
Board) this  is a separate job, and not on the same site.  So if you  
are familiar with IPB 2.x and you can either use their portal plugin  
and design a page within it, or create a new PHP and use their  
exportable tags or whatever to make a page, hit me up.
