[wp-pro] Theme development opportunity

Hello.

I am looking for a designer who is interested in serving as a strategic partner on a project I am working on.  The plan is to build a podcast network; I will need a theme for the main site, and a blog emplate to be used for all podcasts on the network.  I'd like for this designer to be available for deployment and any subsequent support or tweaking, as necessary.  These sites need to be hip and go just a bit beyond the average blog.
