[wp-pro] Developer needed for custom Wordpress plug-in

I'm using Wordpress and i have a lot of members. I need 2 custom wp plug-in.
One of the is advanced member list. ie: wp-admin/users.php and the other one
is "make a comment to member profile page" like social web sites. If you
