[wp-pro] Template modification

I'd like to hire someone to modify the Cutline template with the following:


1. Modify the header and footer to add a dark grey background across the
page at the top and bottom, as well as a menu bar (adding a rollover as
well). An example http://utombox.com/download/4u.png. I'd like Cutline to
look like a cross between it and utombox's template, or the Unsleepable 2
template.

2. Incorporate in the banners to make it mesh with the new gray header.

3. Design 5 new banners. These should be cartoon-ish and illustrations,
rather than photographs.

4. Various other small graphical odds and ends. Add a new date graphic for
posts, etc.
