[wp-pro] Designer Needed for Photography website

Hi, we're looking for someone to build a wordpress template for a  
client's photography website.   We already have a specific design,  
but need someone to do the coding.    Site will need to include  
plugins for: photo galleries, contact form, flickr, comment spam, and  
bookmarking.  The client has a budget of $500 for this project.
