[wp-pro] Looking to hire Wordpress Designer/Developer

We are a travel based web start-up seeking an individual with a full 
understanding of coding and hacking wordpress themes.  Our site was 
designed in Wordpress but unfortunately, none of us are versed enough in 
coding to get the results we want.

Please reply with links to previous work, resume's not necessary.  Time 
is of the essence so if you have a very busy schedule and can't get to 
this for a couple of weeks, please don't reply.
